Commercial Loan Officer – Originator

Come fast-track your commercial real estate knowledge at Oakridge Capital Advisors! We are looking for an experienced real estate professional with a strong mortgage and financial analysis background to join our team at Oakridge.

We are looking for highly-motivated, experienced Commercial Loan Officers/Originators/Real Estate professionals to join our team. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with prospects and generating new clients. You will act as a liaison between customers and our financial institutions and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

We have a requirement of 2 loans a month.

The position is a 1099, commission based position.

Specific Skills
Looking for a coachable team player. Experience and/or certification as a mortgage broker is a plus. California DRE license is required.
Responsible For
Will solicit and coordinate the closing of commercial loans; responsible for commercial loan business development and to act as the contact between commercial loan applicant. Call on referral sources ie: Commercial Banks and Credit Unions, CPAs, Financial planners, Attorneys (BK, RE, Estate planning, divorce), and Realtors. Evaluate credit-worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans Work with Experienced Owners who will coach and guide you to a successful Career.
